All passengers and their belongings are adequately insured in accordance with applicable regulations.
For safety, technical, or weather-related reasons (e.g., snow, ice, fog, road closures, technical malfunctions, or other extraordinary circumstances), the operator reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or not carry out the transport. In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded the amount paid.
